Terms and Conditions for Tutors
1. Commission Structure
- RBM TUITION takes a 50% commission on the first month’s fees only.
- Tutors will receive 50% of the fees after completing 10 classes.
2. Payment Collection and Schedule
- The first-month payment will be collected in advance by RBM TUITION after the demo class and 3 regular classes or within one week from the parents.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If a demo class is cancelled at the last moment after all details (time, date, distance) have been finalized, RBM TUITION will charge a ₹1000 cancellation fee.
- After class confirmation, if you decide not to proceed with the selected parents, a ₹1000 penalty charge will apply.
4. Key Responsibilities for Tutors
- Tutors must not engage in direct one-on-one contact with parents outside of RBM TUITION arrangements.
- Misconduct towards parents or the Bureau is strictly prohibited.
5. Legal Action for Violations
- Any violation of the above terms will be treated as a breach of agreement between the tutor and RBM TUITION.
- RBM TUITION reserves the right to initiate legal action including police complaints and penalties.
RBM TUITION – Terms and Conditions for Students
1. Initial Payment Policy
RBM TUITION requires advance payment from parents or guardians after the completion of the first two regular classes (excluding demo classes, if any).
- The first month’s tuition fee must be paid directly to RBM TUITION.
- Payment confirms the continuation of classes and teacher booking.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in temporary suspension of classes.
2. Demo Class Policy
- A demo class may be arranged upon request.
- Demo charges (if applicable) must be clarified in advance.
- Continuation of regular classes will only proceed after confirmation and advance payment.
3. Subsequent Payments
- From the second month onward, tuition fees shall be paid directly to the assigned teacher unless otherwise informed by RBM TUITION.
- Parents must ensure timely monthly payment before the 5th of each month.
- Any change in payment structure will be communicated in writing.
4. First Month Guarantee
During the first month, RBM TUITION takes full responsibility for the assigned teacher.
In case of:
- Teacher discontinuation
- Unsatisfactory performance
- Misconduct or irregularity
RBM TUITION will either:
- Provide a suitable replacement teacher within a reasonable time, or
- Refund the first month’s tuition fee (as per refund policy terms).
5. Teacher Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests must be made with valid reasons.
- RBM TUITION will arrange a replacement within 3–7 working days, subject to availability.
- Only one free replacement is allowed within the first month.
6. Class Schedule and Compensation
- Classes will be conducted as per the mutually agreed schedule.
- If a teacher misses a class, it will be compensated within the same week or adjusted accordingly.
- If a student is unavailable, the class may not be compensated unless prior notice (minimum 4 hours) is given.
7. Direct Dealing Policy
Teachers provided by RBM TUITION must not engage in direct fee negotiations or bypass RBM TUITION during the first month.
Any attempt to avoid RBM TUITION’s service structure during the committed period will be considered a violation of terms.
8. Code of Conduct
Both teachers and parents are expected to maintain respectful communication.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will lead to immediate termination of services.
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will only apply under the First Month Guarantee clause.
- No refund will be provided after the completion of the first month.
10. Acknowledgment of Terms
By enrolling in RBM TUITION services, parents or guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
